Cancellation Terms
Cancellations for the private hire can be done up to a month before the event, with a 50% refund of the hire fee, or instead a rescheduling can be arranged where possible, with a 20% rescheduling fee.
Our cancellation policy for food pre-orders is as follows:
We require a 24-hour notice for partial cancellations. Beyond this period, any pre-ordered food will be served and charged accordingly. A full cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours before the event without incurring any cost. After this period, a fee of 50% of the pre-ordered food's value will be charged.
